We work towards the best outcome for you the buyer/seller . We do not represent both parties in the same transaction to avoid a conflict of interests.  We work foryour best interests only, our aim is to take out the stress and save you both time and money. 

Who Can Use your Services?

Our services are available to every type of potential home buyer/ seller who is looking to move within, or locate to the Ribble Valley or Forest of Bowland areas.These are the areas we have  local knowledge and experience in.

Do You Have any Ties With Agents?

We have no ties with any  agents or any other professional services. We are totally independent and represent only you, the buyer/ seller.You would be informed immediately should this arise.

What if I Do Not Require Full Representation?

No problem, we offer a menu of services for you appropriate to your requirements.

Can You Locate any Type of Property?

Yes, whilst we specialise in the residential property market, we are also able to locate specific requirements, i.e. investment properties, commercial, renovation projects and letting opportunities.

Fees

There are no registration or upfront fees for our services. Our fee structure is based on an hourly and/or % rate dependent on your service requirements.
