Specialist Location of Properties

A specialist location service is available for those clients who have not yet found a property that meets their requirements. We can help locate to your specific needs, from a picturesque cottage through to a large country dwelling. We can shortlist properties, accompany you on viewings and generally streamline the whole location issue.

New to the Market Service

Our  "New to the Market" service enables you to know just what's available as and when it's marketed. We keep a  track of the market through our contacts in the area, and will be able to highlight any properties that meet your requirements. We know how time consuming it can be for the buyer, ringing round the estate agents, checking websites, trying to keep track of the new to the market properties.

Area Assessment

The Ribble Valley and Forest of Bowland cover a wide rural area. We have excellent knowledge of the area which will give you in depth information, opinions and advice on your chosen "hotspot".

Property Assessment

Before we commence our viewing with you, we will have already started to gather information about your potential new home. We will then proceed to give you an objective appraisal of the property which would include: -

  2. Location.
  3. Immediate surroundings.
  4. General condition of the house, interior and exterior.
  5. Potential improvements as a home or investment.
  6. Potential future resale value.

Negotiation Service

Once you are happy and wish to proceed with an offer, we will then discuss a strategy based on finances, time scales and logistics in order to achieve the very best outcome for you the buyer.

Offer Acceptance Management Service

Upon acceptance of an offer, we will be working in liaison with all relevant parties (vendors/agents, solicitors, surveyors, financial houses), to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
